White Glove Pickup and Delivery

We strive to provide extraordinary service that's quick and convenient. Be sure to inform us of any special circumstances, including exceptionally heavy furniture or access issues. Note that an oversized rug may require more than one person to handle properly.

Schedule a Time

First, you'll need to call us to schedule a time. Unlike most similar services, we offer pickup and delivery Monday-Friday within a one-hour window between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. You don't have to waste an entire morning or afternoon to facilitate a pickup or delivery.

On-site Preparation

In general, we'll take care of everything, including moving furniture and incidentals as necessary. That said, any on-site preparation that you are willing and able to undertake will help us to minimize time and disruption in your home.

Arrival and Departure

We'll arrive on site at the appointed time, and enter and exit your home as quickly as possible. We'll bring everything we need to roll, transport, and (if moths are discovered) wrap your rug for transport and subsequent service.

Fee Structure

Within 10 Miles:

  • One way: $50
  • Round Trip: $90

10-20 Miles:

  • One way: $75
  • Round Trip: $140

20-35 Miles:

  • One way: $100
  • Round Trip: $175

If a second person is required: $25 each way

Additional fees:

Additional charges are possible if there are four or more room-sized rugs, stairs, heavy furniture, or unexpected hardships. Please make us aware of any potential difficulties when scheduling a pickup or delivery.


Estimated costs are provided as quotations and are subject to change. in the event of a substantial cost adjustment, the customer will be notified in advance.
