Oriental Rug Mart partners with leading providers to offer fully insured delivery, almost anywhere in the world.
In-Home Delivery
In-Home delivery is used for local shipments, in which the item will be appropriately prepared and transported via a commercial truck. Live tracking is not typically available for this method, however Oriental Rug Mart will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Parcel Shipping
Parcel shipping refers to shipping lighter, smaller packaged items where the piece can be packed and shipped the item via standard mail carriers. Once the item has been shipped, the buyer will receive a shipping label and live tracking will be available to you.
Please Note:
- Parcels are delivered by a parcel delivery service such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL, selected at Oriental Rug Mart’s sole discretion.
- A signature is required at delivery
- With UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another parcel carrier, it's generally more difficult to schedule a delivery, but we recommend that you sign up for the carrier's delivery manager to receive live updates
- Can be expedited prior to order confirmation upon request but may require special carriers which come at an extra cost

Standard Parcel
- Domestic In Stock: 3–7 Days
- Domesitic Supplier: 2–3 Weeks
Express Parcel - Available only by special request
- Domestic In Stock: 2–5 Days
- Domestic Supplier: 1–3 Weeks
Please note that handling, which includes preparing an item for shipment, packaging, and disassembly, may take up to 5–21 days for Items not In Stock in at our Victor Showroom. This is dependent upon a variety of factors, including the location of the purcahsed item (showroom vs. warehouse vs. supplier) This is not included in the shipping time estimates above, but is accounted for in estimates on any item details page and at checkout.
